One of the things I miss the most about early-2010s blogging (and something you all miss too, according to the comments section of that post!) is how one item, especially “investment pieces,” were continuously shown throughout the season. I loved watching bloggers I admire style the same sweater or pants or blouse three different ways! I wanted to start doing this again.

For my first post in this vein, I wanted to highlight one of the most-worn sweaters in my collection, a Shetland sweater I purchased a decade ago from Ann Mashburn. While it’s no longer made, the Shaggy Dog sweater is a really close match (and also an excellent sweater)! Here’s how I styled my Shetland sweater for an outdoor walk with a friend. I look forward to sharing how I wear this sweater to work and how I wear it for a more formal occasion!
